No refunds/ No exchanges!!

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on any items including sale items or gift certificates.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Please make sure you are choosing the correct size, and entering the correct information on custom orders. We are not responsible for broken pieces or any misuse of the jewelry after it has left our warehouse. We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers such as color choice, chain size, misspelled name, etc. Please review order before submitting. Jewelry Care instructions are included with orders and can be found on jewelry care tab.

 

Prior to placing your order please review the materials used in the product description. While our products are hypoallergenic, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or any kind of rash associated with jewelry wear. Should you find you are allergic to any of our products please discontinue use.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@chicembellishment.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
