All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Please keep in mind custom items may take longer to process due to the customization and uniqueness of the product. Custom items can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete. Not including shipping/ delivery times*
*If ordering a custom item with non custom items, the entire order will be shipped together once custom products are completed and ready for shipment. If you wish to not delay your order, order custom items in a separate order from non custom products.*
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping on all orders over $50!
Local Delivery
$10 local delivery is available for all orders within Central Florida.
Deliveries are made from 9am - 9pm on Saturdays & Sundays. We will contact you via text message or phone with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@chicembellishment.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
No refunds/ No exchanges!!
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns/ exchanges on any items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damage Issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@chicembellishment.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
